Our Employability Skills Programme is designed to help individuals develop the confidence, knowledge and practical skills needed to secure employment and progress in their careers. Whether you are looking for your first job, returning to work or changing careers, our programme provides personalised support to help you achieve your employment goals.
Our experienced tutors work with learners to build confidence, improve communication skills and prepare for successful job applications and interviews.
Course Content
Learners will receive practical support in:

- Writing effective personal statements and cover letters
- Preparing for interviews with mock interview practice
- Building confidence and communication skills

Progression
